My success story with PARTNERS GROUP SK started innocently more than 10 years ago – I was studying at university and running my own IT business simultaneously. I wanted to expand my business into a new region and, coincidentally, I met the company manager. I became a satisfied client and, during our communications, I gradually discovered that I liked the idea of establishing branches; also, my previous business had started to stagnate. I began to learn and I almost immediately understood what I had been doing wrong for all those years and why the stagnation had occurred. The potential of the financial market, company values and people I can learn from have showed me that I will be able to fully utilize my potential here. I am convinced that we are able to learn anything and become professionals in any area if we decide to do so, work on ourselves and persevere. Nothing comes from one day to another, or from one year to another; it is about improving our strengths regularly and extending our knowledge and skills. I am proud of the team of people I am honoured to lead as a manager. I know that I can rely on them and that together we can achieve more than each of us would on our own. The main mottos that have been shaping my life include being helpful and independent (in terms of time and money) and building values and a company that will outlive me.
